In his current role in Dell Technologies, he is focused on ensuring strong collaboration between the various teams, developing Go To Market programs and helping strategic customers in their journey towards Digital Transformation. He is also associated with Talent Transformation of the sales teams in various geographies in Asia Pacific and Japan to sell Dell Technologies solutions on Cloud and Storage
He has been in the Dell EMC organisation for 4+ years and brings over more than three and a half decades of experience in Technology Sales, Consulting, Services, Strategy and Marketing. Prior to Dell Technologies, Kallol was the Managing Director of CSG International in India for 5 years selling and delivering global telecom projects across the globe. Kallol has also spent a long time in HP and prior to that in Compaq and IBM. He represented all these organisations in various forums and meetings organised by Industry chambers like NASSCOM, CII, etc. to propagate the strong solution stories as well as point of view of the organisation on various Industry developments.
Kallol is passionate about new technological developments and is keen to learn and explore new ways of solving business challenges of customers using Cloud, AI/ML, IoT, Data Analytics etc. and has forayed into helping startups in these areas. He is also a practitioner and #MentorOfChange in Niti Ayog’s Atal Innovation Mission program to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in the younger generation through the Atal Tinkering Labs.
