Ankur is a partner at EY in the Strategy and Transactions practice and also the National Leader for the E-commerce and Consumer Internet sector. As the Ecommerce and Consumer Internet Sector leader, he focuses on driving growth, strategy and positioning the EY brand in the sector. He is responsible for solution design, capability, innovation, alliances within the sector and implementing programs for new revenue streams across transaction advisory, strategy, performance improvement and tax. He is also responsible for spear-heading EY thought leadership and point of view on the sector through external publications, surveys and studies. With over 20 years of consulting experience, he has worked with many large corporates, entrepreneur driven companies, start-ups, PE and VC funds in advising them on M&A transactions, acquisitions, divestures, investments, JVís etc.
