Ms. Radhakrishnan is a registered Patent Attorney in the US and is a member of the State Bar of California. She received her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Delhi in India. She also holds a graduate degree from Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts specializing in Intellectual Property (IP) and a graduate degree from the University of Warwick in England specializing in Law in Development with an emphasis on offshore development and outsourcing. Ms. Radhakrishnan has extensive experience working as a patent litigator and patent prosecutor at leading specialist Intellectual Property law firms in the Bay area including Morrison & Foerster LLP Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly D'alessandro & Ritchie LLP Ms. Radhakrishnan is a frequent speaker on IP-related issues, and has regularly presented on IP both in Silicon Valley and abroad. She has worked with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to help design and develop a training curriculum for patent agents in developing countries. She has years’ worth of expertise in working with startups and has conducted several workshops and seminars on IP awareness and IP strategy for startup companies in both Silicon Valley and India. Ms. Radhakrishnan is also actively involved in pro bono work. She has visited the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and its various Centers in Chennai, Pondicherry, Mumbai and Pune, conducted seminars on IP-related issues, and proposed an IP strategy for ICMR. Ms. Radhakrishnan is admitted to the State Bar of California and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She is also admitted to practice in India. She is fluent in English, Tamil, Hindi, and German.
