There's no guidebook for how to navigate and leverage digital transformation, and so our focus is to help our customers and communities find ways to find solutions and solve problems with new technologies. Our goal at Dell Technologies is to "make it real". Technology isn't magic but it does have a real power to help improve people's lives when applied correctly. In our view, business should be a true partnership between us and our customers. It must to be customer-centric, and even more, I think it has to be people-centric. I have found that people-centric focus to be closely aligned with my personal approach to leadership. My goal is to create and promote and organization that is diverse and inclusive of many different perspectives and approaches. Within our organization, I lend my time to groups such as our Diversity Council and MARC (Men Advocating Real Change). I know that this diversity creates a stronger organization and will help individual team members, our customers, and our communities.
